Hi, I'm Kiely.

I'm a Design Strategy Manager with expertise in innovation consulting and experience in implementation management. I transform strategic insights into designed impact.

I use immersive, in-the-field research to reveal hidden emotional insights at the core of complex logistical challenges.

These insights unlock solutions that are more impactful, more targeted, often easier, often cheaper, and hyper-focused on solving problems at their heart.

Ask me about the month I spent in various airports, testing digital tools with every type of airline employee, ask me about building a fake foam-board airport in a warehouse for further research, or ask me about my favorite Denver International Airport conspiracy theory.

Ask me about my proposal to help people with positive at-home cancer screening test results access transportation to in-hospital follow up procedures, not by buying buses or through an expensive partnership with Uber, but by understanding patient anxieties around telling family and friends they may have cancer when asking for a ride.

  • Southwest Airlines

I designed and tested a cohesive ecosystem of digital tools for airline employees.

  • Thrive Earlier Detection

I defined and envisioned a new multi-cancer early detection experience for patients and providers.

What I do for work

I’m currently working at Exact Sciences, a leading cancer diagnostics company and favorite former client from my time as a consultant at Epam Continuum, a global innovation consultancy.

What I do for fun

I’m based in New York City, where I host a local Craft Club. Regular meetings and workshops foster creative connections through skill-sharing and socializing.
